It stays on your visitor's browser at all times and can blink in intervals (optional) if you want to make it more noticable. After you place Vote Voice in your cgi-bin directory, change the directory settings in the beginning of the script to fit your server, then chmod it to 755.

Now, just place the below code on any of your web pages:

Just replace file_name with the name of the file you want to save all votes too. This is great if you want to run multiple voting campaigns on your site.
