The below survey shows the number of votes for each option, and displays a footer message. After you vote, a new window will display the search engine you chose.
The below survey shows the percentage of total votes for each option, along with graphing, and divides the survey with lines. It will also ask for your e-mail address and comments.

Survey Maker 3.1 automatically installs on your web site in seconds Or, follow the below instructions to install manually.
- Upload survey31.cgi to your cgi-bin directory
- CHMOD survey31.cgi to 755
- Edit survey31.cgi to the correct paths for your web server
To create new surveys/polls or to see how many people voted and to see percentages for each category, point your web browser to:
