Or, follow the below instructions to install manually.

Edit the instahelp.cgi script and define where you want the chat files stored.
Place the instahelp.cgi script in your CGI-BIN folder.
CHMOD instahelp.cgi to 755
Move all remaining files and folders to the location you chose above
